Ms. Durante is a performer, student, designer, and editor based in New York City. She is currently enrolled at City College of New York, where she is part of the psychology BA/MA program. Her area of focus is industrial-organizational psychology, and her future work will be informed by the latest research into employee satisfaction and retention, and a decade of her own experience working in corporate and retail environments.
In the meantime, she performs in and around New York City as an opera singer and actor. She’s just as likely to be seen on stage, singing Mozart with an orchestra, as she is to be encountered “in the wild” at a larp or immersive show, spotted on social media talking about her latest craft projects, or chatting with someone about Herzberg’s two-factor motivation theory.
