Welcome!
Allegra Durante, M.A.
I'm here to help you plan and pivot creatively, building lasting solutions to pesky problems. I design effective people-forward and empirically-supported organizational processes, and offer audiences cathartic moments through my work in opera and immersive theater. Those might seem unrelated, but my passion for connecting with people and helping them breathe a little more easily comes first in everything I do!
I earned my MA in Psychology in early 2026, and my area of focus is industrial-organizational psychology. My work is informed by the latest research into employee satisfaction and retention, and a decade of my own experience working in corporate retail environments.
When not coaching people on how to present themselves in the workplace, I work in and around New York City as a performing artist. You’re just as likely to find me on stage singing Mozart, “in the wild” at a larp or immersive show, on social media talking about my latest craft projects, or excitedly telling someone about Herzberg’s two-factor motivation theory.
Are you interested in how social science can help design and refine current workplace systems and communication? Let's connect!
